(More customer reviews)I got it installed in my 2005 Toyota Sienna at ABC warehouse for $170.00. The total cost of this item comes to $525.00 after installation which is not bad at all compared to $1800.00 at Toyota dealership.
The colour(tan) matched perfectly with the interior and the picture/sound quality is good. I am running the sound through car speakers at FM1 87.7 with no loss of sound on long trips.
I think its a great product and should work fine. My kids are loving it.

(More customer reviews)Cumbersome, slabby, placticky design. USB port secured under a pop-up panel that's hard to open without a pen or coin. Startlingly bad FM reception. Unable to access content on my jump drive; locked up when accessing content on my MP3 player, so that the off button didn't function and I needed to unplug the unit. Overpriced even had those features worked. I returned and went with the JVC EP-25, a less expensive, far superior product with approximately the same features.

(More customer reviews)I also live in Northern California like another reviewer of this product. I live in the North Bay and work in Oakland, so there is high density traffic on the radio. However, I found a couple stations that worked ok, and one that works terrifically (93.1)!
This product was easy to set up in my Prius, the plug holds just fine, and yes, it does give you the band and song information on the car's built-in screen. I didn't expect that, so that was a nice surprise.
The reason why it's 95% satisfaction and not a 100% is that I'm not getting CD quality. There is some static, but it's that very minimal static that you got from a cassette tape that had been used for a year or so. You immediately forget about it, though, because the sound is really great anyhow, and you're so happy that you don't have to deal with crappy radio music and commercials. But I don't know, maybe there's a better station that I haven't found yet that eliminates the static completely.
One other thing - the volume control on my iPod nano does not work when it's plugged into the car. You have to manipulate the volume through the car stereo only. And the volume on the radio stations come out louder than your iPod music, so you'll have to adjust as you switch between the two.

It swivels around so you can still look at it even if it's on your belt. 5 stars!

(More customer reviews)These are inexpensive and a bargain at this price. I can hear with them out in my yard but not all the way to the road and pretty much all over the house. It's a small house.
I'm using rechargeable batteries on the headset and am still on the first charge so am happy with that. I have the transmitter plugged into a Radio Shack adjustable voltage power adapter of the 12 volt variety running off one of those power packs used for starting cars so no problem there wrt battery life.
It may have to scan a bit to find the station but that will depend on your location. I found it would pick up some regular fm stations but you can scan past them to find your signal.
The only thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is they could be more comfortable. The pads don't cover my whole ears so after awhile you
can feel the pressure on your ears.
I haven't tested the other features.
Recommend at this price point.

For select Pioneer radios with a CD changer input, this cable provides a direct audio input from any iPod with a dock connector, and it also charges the iPod while connected.
