The car charger looks like it was assembled by a three year old and the wall charger never worked!! Like I said, do not purchase this item - you'll regret it.

Plug it in (make sure YOUR 12 volt plug makes good contact), tune in a FM station that does not have interference from a near frequency station and enjoy. I've used USB drives and SDHC with no problems. I don't know why other reviewers have problems unless some units are defective or (more likely) they just don't know how to use the product. I'm about to buy two more, one for another car and one for a boat.
Another reviewer mentioned this, but: push and hold the play button to switch between regular play, shuffle, and repeat one song.
