(More customer reviews)I've gone through many inferior 3.5mm cables in the past several months, looking for something with good sound quality in my car. Most cable jacks seem to wear out quickly, and the sound degrades. Usually one side goes out, or gets staticky. So I went for the big fat cable, which does not have these problems, but has an unanticipated problem: I mount my iPhone to the dash, and the jack sticks right up out of the iphone, into my field of view, and invariably gets in my way. It's incredibly annoying. I'm going to give this one to my husband, who doesn't mount his iPod and so doesn't have the same problem, and try this: InCarCables Car Stereo Ipod/mp3 Auxiliary Aux-in Input Cable 3.5mm (4ft/1.2m) Hopefully I'll get good sound AND a cable that's not in my way.
