(More customer reviews)I bought the Belkin TuneDok last week in preparation for a long road trip with my iPod and my newly purchased iCarPlay from Monster Cable. I was a bit concerned that the TuneDok might not allow the iCarPlay's cable to plug into the bottom of the iPod, but the hole at the bottom of the cradle is big enough. The suction cup at the back of the cradle keeps the iPod from moving around, and the cradle itself is adjustable for different angles depending on the location of your cup holder. All in all a great accessory for iPod fans.

There was a lot of static with using this product. After 2 weeks of use it got a short in the cord and stopped charging the IPOD

(More customer reviews)Still waiting to return this incompatible item, they don't do Android. I know it's the holidays but I feel like I am being ignored. One real bright spot, Amazon stepped in and assumed responsibility. Now is that a big thing? Well this paperweight only cost me $30, which is not a large percentage of the money I have spent though Amazon but it sure makes me happy. I presume they will intercede with the seller or maybe just write it off. Anyway, they did what I would expect a quality company to do. Thank you Amazon! To be fair this seems like an unusual occurrence for this company. However, let the buyer be warned, they have the capacity to really screw things up and only Amazon seems to be concerned.
11 Jan 2011 Still waiting.. I just sent this email off trying to get this resolved... I am still waiting to return this product. I have sent several emails and had one telephone conversation. It is my understanding I am to wait for return authorization. This was the wrong product in the first place. It doesn't surprise me that the whole process is a BIG problem. This company doesn't seem to get excited about unhappy customers. I am beyond unhappy!!!! GET A CLUE, YOU SCREWED UP AND DON'T SEEM TO GIVE A (EXPLICATIVE DELETED) IF YOU FIX IT!!!!!
