(More customer reviews)After not being happy with the iPod covers and recently purchasing an iPhone, I was looking a good mount FM Transmitter that I could use to charge my ipod and be able to listed to my music through the stereo. This device ended up being the perfect buy as it matched my interior and also did what it said it did. It even came with a cool little wireless remote so I can change stations and such on the fly. (not that I needed too but it was cool)
Definitely a good buy and I will probably get a couple more for christmas gifts since most of my friends own ipods.

(More customer reviews)I bought this 3 months ago and I plugged my GPS, my FM transmitter, and my Ipods charger in all at the same time. I was sketchy on getting this because everyone said it blew a fuse but that never happened with me. Maybe you just can't have too many things using power. Your lighter outlet is only made for a certain amount of watts. Like an electrical outlet, if you have too many things plugged in, it's going to blow a fuse. So you can't be upset at the product. Cigarette lighters are meant to run small things.
Another plus for me is that it sticks out since the cigarette lighter in my 90 New Yorker is a little pushed back.
UPDATE:
After having it for about a year now it still works fine!

(More customer reviews)This 'should' be a nice little accessory package. But one of the most important things you want is protection for your unit. The 'Screen Proctector' has nearly ruined my new Sony PMP screen! I'm still trying to get the glue off! There is a piece of mylar or paper on the lower right of the protector for holding and handling, until it's in place, then you peel it off-what a joke/mess!! Supposed to be a smoothing card included for getting bubbles,etc out-was not inc. I guess everything else is ok, but I'm so ticked at the glue mess on my new screen I can't give but 2*'s due to the damage!!
