(More customer reviews)I must disagree, partially, with a previous review of this product. I find it to be a good product, once you get used to the quirks.
I received the Airplay2 for my birthday and for three weeks thought it was not working -- Sent e-mail to Xtrememac customer service and received no reply, so called them. Learned that I needed to connect the Airplay2 to my Ipod Nano and press/hold the center and menu buttons to re-set. This worked and now I enjoy the AP2 a great deal -- Just thought I'd post the reset fix for those who find themselves in my situation, as it seems a previous reviewer is/was.
