(More customer reviews)The build of this product is better than ok, however, there is a big design flaw. It did not take into the account of horizontal cigarettes outlet. The leverage multiply the weight of iphone and the weight of the holder is too much for the outlet to handle. After few days, the outlet on my car was complete broken and I cut my finger in the process of trying to push in the outlet back to its base. Now I need to have the outlet fixed. I suspect it is going to cost me a lot.
The FM transmitter is not powerful enough. I can hear static when I turn up the volume. My advise, don't count on that. I am going to chcek if I can return it and get a refund.
