(More customer reviews)The actual item doesn't look like the one in the picture (not a big deal for me). Reception in my factory car radio (not ipod ready) is good (no interference most of the time, and when there is, it's very little). Audio quality is similar to other FM stations. Do not expect "dolby surround", or superior audio quality, however I'm under the impression that with some equalizer tweaking audio quality may improve. My radio does not have much tweaking to do on this though, so I would have to think about getting an aftermarket radio...
