(More customer reviews)Turns itself on and off has storage for the connector and can be tuned to any frequency. It also came with a cord to plug into the lighter outlet for use in the car. Haven't tried it for long range broadcasting but that's not what it's made for. This is my third FM transmitter so I'm not new to the game and don't expect them to make coffee and do the dishes.
